Brazilian Jiu Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique. Most notably by applying joint-locks and chokes to defeat the other person. BJJ training is the most effective self defense martial arts in the world. Perfect martial arts for kids, teens and women. We offer classes for all genders and ages. Brazilian jiu jitsu is the most effective martial arts in the world. We have classes gi classes which is considered the traditional form of the art and we also offer nogi classes. Nogi is practiced without a gi or kimono. Come try us out, we offer a free week of training and you'll have the opportunity to learn from world champions.
