has been training Jiu Jitsu for over 5 years under Rafael Ellwanger and Nathan Lott and currently wears a purple belt. Before he started teaching Jiu Jitsu, he taught women’s compulsory and boys’ recreational gymnastics for 4 years. Jared says, "My main goal in class is to make student sweat, if they are sweating they are having fun." Jared loves to create new drills for both adult and kids classes, as well as, incorporate acrobatics and tumbling in every class. Jared started learning Jiu Jitsu under instructor Nathan Lott at the Springfield gym in 2010 and has loved every aspect of the Jiu Jitsu game since. Jared says, “I consider it an honor to teach at my home gym, and I hope to bring the classes to a whole new level in performance".
