A 45 minute playful parent and tot class, centered around age-appropriate developmental movements, using tot-sized equipment. This class places a strong emphasis on social skills and involvement.
Diaper DaredevilsAges 2 - 3 yearsA 45 minute parent participation class. Your little daredevil will roll, climb, jump, spin throw, catch, swing, run, smile, and laugh!
Tumble BugsAges 3 - 4.9 yearsI'm big enough to be on my own! A 45 minute class developing the basics of gymnastics, Rolls, handstands, cartwheels, trampoline and circus skills!
Super StarsAges 5 - 6 years (Boys and Girls)
A 60 minute class with challenging skills. We take gymnastics to the next level.
Gym RatsAges 6 - 8 years
A 60 minute class pushes us to do our best! We'll get stronger, be more flexible, and learn awesome gymnastics and even a few circus skills!
Big DogsAges 9 -12 years
A 60 minute class for the more sophisticated beginning gymnast! Practice makes Perfect
